Our lawn treatments are customized based on the type of grass you have installed on your lawn. Each treatment program consists of a combination of fertilization to help promote healthy growth and weed control to prevent unwanted vegetation.
Centipede Grasses - 5 treatments per year:
- 4 liquid applications consisting of fertilizer, pre-emergents, & post emergement weed control
- 1 application of slow release fertlizers
Fescue Grasses - 5 treatments per year:
- 3 liquid applications consisting of fertilizer, pre-emergents, & post emergement weed control
- 2 granular applications (1 slow release fertlizers, 1 lime)
Zoysia and Bermuda Grasses - 7 treatments per year:
- 4 liquid applications consisting of fertilizer, pre-emergents, & post emergement weed control
- 3 granular applications (2 of slow release fertlizers, 1 lime)
Tree and Shrub - 6 treatments per year:
- 4 liquid application: 1 of dormant oil & 3 of insecticide, & fungicide
- 2 granular applications of 100% slow release fertilizer with trace and minor elements

Alternative Environments is now offering an organic fertilizer plus beneficial fungi package to help rejuvenate weak or stressed turn. We also have a liquid aeration package with beneficial fungi plus micro nutrients.
Package #1 - Organic Fertlizer plus Beneficial Fungi
Consisting of 4 materials:
- A beneficial fungi that colonize on plant roots and greatly increases the root's uptake of nutrients and water
- Slow release nitrogen and other elemental forms to induce programmable and predictable growth based on plant needs
- Natural products that aid in blostering the plants defense against stress and will assist in the development of a hearty, robust root system.
- A soil conditioner made of Superbio Microbes, humic acid and 3% nitrogen that can dramatically enhance soil sturcture and plant quality, when applied as part of your normal fertilizer program.
Package #2 - Liquid Aeration with Benefical Fungi and Micro Nutrients
This is a 3-in-1 spray-on application to aerate, dethatch and condition your turf and soil. The revoluntionary polymer based liquid also has humic acids, kelp and mycorrhizae
