Matt DuCharme is the co-founder and President of Alternative Environments Landscape Manangement, Inc. Matt is also the Director of the Landscape Design and Installation Division. Matt is responsible for designing, scheduling, and installing all landscape design projects. Matt also oversees all other divisions of Alternative Environments Landscape Management, Inc.

Sonny Haywood is the director of the Turf & Shrub Services Division. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of his division. Sonny has been the Director of the Turf and Shrub Services Division since 2000 when his company was purchased by Alternative Environments Landscapes Management, Inc. Sonny has over 22 years experience in the turf services field.

Joel Ayers is director of the Lawn Maintenance division. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of his division. Joel was promoted to Director of the Lawn Maintenance in 2003 after working for Alternative Environments Landscape Management, Inc. since 1998 as a laborer, then field supervisor, then field manager. Joel is currently in the process of obtaining the Georgia Certified Landscape Professional certification.
